Castaldo Titanium Label Rubber

Castaldo Titanium Label Rubber is an all natural rubber product that is similar to Gold Label.  Packs, cuts, bends and stretches as easily.  Titanium rubber is much harder after vulcanization, you can use higher clamp and injections pressures as well as lower wax temperatures.  No pattern distortion, even with multi parts molds.  Only 1.4% shrinkage, so fine details won't move or distort.

Vulcanizes at 310 deg. F for 15 mins per 1/4" of frame thickness.  Strips are 18" L x 2-7/8" W x 1/8" thick and sold in convenient 5 or 50 LB boxes.
